This Privacy Policy explains how Serhan VARHAN — Taksim Bilişim ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MobileStreamer live-streaming service ("the Service") as a broadcaster, viewer, or paired producer.

We do not collect: the contents of your live stream's video or audio (these are forwarded in real time and not retained on our servers beyond a short reorder buffer); your contact list; precise device GPS location.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.

We share only the data each provider needs to perform its function. We do not authorize any of them to use the data for unrelated purposes.
Because we use Cloudflare, your network requests may be processed at the closest edge data centre, which can be outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. Submit requests to serhan@taksimbilisim.com; we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or your local supervisory authority.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete the data.
We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries that are strictly necessary for the Service (session tokens, paired-viewer authentication). These do not require consent. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. A consent banner is shown on first visit summarizing your choices.
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. We rely on Cloudflare's security perimeter, restricted admin IP allow-lists, and short-lived tokens for paired-viewer access. No system is perfectly secure; if you become aware of a vulnerability please email serhan@taksimbilisim.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on https://mobilestreamer.app.
